I have this bottle of ready-to-Met, and ended with two tea bags, spices and Met It says on the bottle, I can enjoy the package at the Met in a pot for cooking. How much alcohol evaporate (if applicable), if I am to use this method? Has anyone suggestions on how best to do more to make mead house?
